Who we are
Nordica Barcode & Price Labels is a Shopify app made by Variegata Nordica (Mallory Berthomé). It prints barcode and price labels for a store’s products and orders, and can fill empty barcodes. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@nordica-apps.com.
What the app stores
- Your store’s address and Shopify access, so the app can open in your Shopify admin.
- Your label templates: label size, which fields show and the text size.
- How many labels you printed and barcodes you made each month, for the plan limits.
- Barcodes the app filled in for 30 days, so you can undo them.
- Messages you send with “Contact support” or “Suggest an improvement”, and technical error reports.
To print order labels the app reads the products on an order, never the customer: no names, addresses, emails or phone numbers. It stores no customer data of any kind. Labels and PDFs are made in your browser and never stored by us.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare hosts the app and its database, under Cloudflare’s data processing terms. Shopify provides the store data and handles billing. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
When you uninstall, your sign-in data is deleted at once; 48 hours later everything else the app holds is deleted. Barcodes written into your products stay there: they are yours.
