Common questions
How do I print labels?
Open the app, pick products, a collection or an order, choose your label size and press Download PDF. Or open it from a product or order page: More actions → Print labels.
My labels print too small or off the edge.
Print the PDF at 100 % (“Actual size”) and turn off “Fit to page”. For roll printers (Dymo, Rollo, Zebra), pick the same label size in the printer’s settings. On sheets, “Printer prints off-centre?” moves every label by a millimetre or two.
Will my template change after an update?
No. A saved template is used exactly as saved. Only you change it, with Save.
Which barcode type should I use?
Auto prints EAN-13 or UPC when the barcode is one, and Code 128 for anything else (like a SKU). QR holds the barcode, SKU or product link.
What are store-only barcodes?
Valid EAN-13 numbers in the range GS1 keeps for use inside one shop. They scan at your till, but they are not GS1 numbers: don’t use them on marketplaces like Amazon. Have your own GS1 range? Type its first digits under “Your own number range”.

Free prints 250 labels a month and makes 50 barcodes, with every label size. Pro is one flat price for unlimited labels, templates and barcodes, with no label packs. Printing the same labels again within the hour counts once.
